Medical billing support team (concierges) has their tasks scattered across multiple systems (Hubspot, Confluence) and manual workflows (Excel, Drive). The new portal has to centralize these activities into a single, intuitive interface, reducing context-switching and human error while speeding up response times.
My Role
Research, moqups, html/css, vector graphics, project management.
Client support is the backbone of a successful product, and for our medical billing support team, efficiency directly impacted customer satisfaction. The team was responsible for handling medical billing requests from dentists, managing insurance claims, registering new companies, setting up features, and even guiding clients through system use in real time. To reduce friction in their workflows and make support faster and more comfortable, I have designed a web portal tailored to their needs.
